The short version: GoACPros connects you with a local AC contractor. We’re not the contractor. We don’t control their pricing, scheduling, qualifications, or work quality. When you use this site and call, you’re agreeing to these terms.
What GoACPros is
GoACPros is a service-connection platform. We provide information about AC problems and connect homeowners with independent local AC contractors by phone. That’s what we do.
What GoACPros is not
GoACPros is not an HVAC contractor. We don’t perform AC repairs, install equipment, diagnose problems, set pricing, schedule service visits, employ technicians, or supervise any contractor’s work. The contractor you reach through our site is an independent service provider. Their work, their pricing, their schedule, and their qualifications are entirely their own.
No guarantees about contractors
GoACPros does not guarantee, verify, endorse, certify, warrant, or represent any contractor’s licensing status, insurance coverage, qualifications, experience, pricing, availability, response time, or work quality. We do not vet contractors. We do not perform background checks. We do not inspect their work.
You are responsible for evaluating any contractor you speak with through this platform, including verifying their credentials, obtaining written estimates, and making your own hiring decisions.
Service availability
Contractor availability varies by location, time of day, and demand. Not every area has the same coverage. Some calls may not connect to a local contractor. We don’t control who answers or when.
Call routing, recording, and caller ID
Calls made through numbers displayed on this site are routed through our network partner to a local contractor. By calling, you understand and agree to the following:
- Your caller ID is visible to the contractor. The contractor you’re connected with can see your phone number through standard caller ID, just like any phone call. They may use this number to call you back.
- Calls may be recorded by our network partner for quality assurance and call verification purposes. You will be notified at the start of any recorded call. By continuing the call after this notification, you consent to recording.
- GoACPros does not control the contractor’s use of your phone number. Once your call connects, the contractor is an independent third party. What they do with your number (save it, call you back, add you to their customer list) is governed by their own practices, not ours.
- GoACPros does not control our network partner’s data retention. Our network partner retains call data according to their own privacy policy. We encourage you to review it.

GoACPros is a free service for consumers. We earn a fee when your call connects with a service provider through our network partner and the call meets certain duration thresholds. This compensation structure is described on our Disclosure page.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Texas law, GoACPros, its owner, operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
- Your use of or inability to use this website
- Any contractor’s conduct, work quality, pricing, availability, or representations
- Any injury, property damage, or loss resulting from following information on this site
- Any call recording by our network partner or any contractor
- Service interruptions, errors, or unavailability of the site
This limitation applies whether the claim is based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if GoACPros has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GoACPros, its owner, and operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of this site, your interactions with any contractor, or your violation of these terms.
Intellectual property
All content on this site (text, design, logos, graphics, code) is the property of GoACPros or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without written permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of this site shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
